Most orders will ship out 5 business days or less after they are placed. You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your order ships.
There is no transit/shipping/delivery on weekends and holidays.
Orders are delivered within the Continental USA on Business* (Mon-Fri) days. There is no shipping or delivery on weekends or major holidays.
We are not responsible for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete recipient shipping information. When placing an order please verify all shipping information. Inaccurate or incomplete information might result in a delay or lost package.
Residential deliveries do not require a signature and may be left, at the driver’s discretion, on the front porch, side door, back porch, apt manger’s office, garage area or any other location that the drivers deems to be a safe place.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
