Natural air dried terracotta clay is the perfect vehicle to absorb and emit your favorite essential oils. Apply 1-3 drops of oils to the design on the surface of the pendant and wait for it to soak in. Once it is no longer shiny you can wear it next to your skin and under your clothes. The natural warmth of your body will warm the pendant and diffuse the oils through out the day. To preserve the scent of your oils, store your pendant inside the included tin and apply several drops of oil to the rice inside. To change what oils you will be using, simply let the pendant dry outside of the tin and apply new oils when you can no longer smell the previous ones.
The pendant is attached to a soft but rustic deer skin cord that is secured with two slip knots. Worn around your neck at its full extension the necklace is 12 inches long, or it can be shortened and worn like a choker.
Keep your pendant stored in a cool, dry place.
Do not expose pendant or cord to moisture or any liquid.
